Our Story

A Labor of Love
Since 2018

Kusina Manila was born from a simple dream: to share the authentic flavors of Filipino home cooking with the world. Our founder, Chef Maria Santos, grew up watching her lola prepare meals that brought the whole family together.

Today, we honor those family recipes while sourcing the freshest local ingredients from farms across the Philippines. Every dish is a celebration of our heritage, served in a space where everyone feels like family.

What Our Diners Say

Guest Reviews

"The Kare-Kare here is the best I've ever tasted outside of my grandmother's kitchen. The peanut sauce is rich and the oxtail melts in your mouth. This is real Filipino cooking at its finest."
